If you look at it Real Estate is booming in India, and we have a lot of foriegn investors, Venture Capitalists, trying to invest their money in India. I'm glad to share ideas with people be it Foriegners or NRI's to invest in India. A lot of business oppurtunities is available its just that we need to use the investment in the right manner to see ROI soon.
